Tonight I was half an hour late getting home. There was masses of traffic in Macclesfield which all came from one set of temporary traffic lights. It seemed an age before I got anywhere near the lights, but when I found that the lights where there for nothing at all I was a bit annoyed.
Seriously, there was no holes in the road, large lorries parked up waiting for morning, or workmen getting things done. There was nothing!
