Well I wasn’t going to have any of this as far as I was concerned the car is a cube of scrap. So I wrote off to the DVLA and the Glasgow DVLA fine action office just letting them know that the car was no more.

After a pensive wait I got a letter through today letting me know that, on this occasion, they were not going to take any more action.

Good news at last!
